All sales are final and not eligible for discounts. Sheets may be overstock or production overrun and are guaranteed to have at least 90% usable material.

Some sheets may include minor cosmetic imperfections such as:

Scratches
Wrinkles
Unsealed edges (typically from the end of a production roll)

Unsealed edges can be easily corrected by applying adhesive and pressing. All sheets are sold with adhesive only.

(These sheets come without the foam backing so they are thinner and more suited for beanies and clothing.)

These faux leather panels come in an array of colors to match any request your customer throws at you. Shipped ready to use these panels are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull.

For best results engrave with little to no air and clean remaining char with LA Awesome(or something similar) and a brush.

Note: The Foam and NO-FOAM option relates to the backing material which is sandwiched between the engraving surface and the back surface of the leatherette.

Through thorough testing we have found that the NO-FOAM version of the leatherette is the best option for adhering to beanies and other articles of clothing which may require occasional machine washing. The leatherette with foam backing is best for use on items which will be hand-washed only.Full

For best results, engrave with as little air as possible, while turning it back on for the cutting phase. Clean remaining char with LA Awesome (or something similar - many use a degreaser from Harbor Freight) and an old toothbrush.
