At Lone Star Adhesive, we want to ensure you have the best experience with our products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain specialty adhesives and custom orders may be subject to a restocking fee or limited return eligibility.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product seals are intact to prevent leaks or damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated Texas distribution center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the adhesive for integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
